You can also walk on top of the stupa and go all the way around and get a view of monks and Buddhist people meditating and giving offerings which can be interesting. It is also considered the one of the must-see temple in Kathmandu.

     Trekking in Nepal is a wonderful experience. Allow at least 15 days to do it easily. Go with a proper guide. There are a lot of good quality tea houses and accommodation along the trail.
